The American College of Trial Lawyers has chosen Greg Wells as the 2006-2007 Chair of the Maryland State Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers. In making this appointment, the President Elect Designate of the College stated: “[a]s State Chair, you will hold one of the most important positions in the College.” Greg’s term as Chair of the Maryland State Committee began in September, 2006 and continues until the conclusion of the Annual Meeting of the College which begins on October 14, 2007.

The American College of Trial Lawyers is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada and is widely considered to be the premier professional trial organization in America. Fellowship is extended by invitation only, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Fellowship is limited to no more than 1% of the lawyers in each state.
